SUBJECT:—Import policy for spare parts for Agricultural tractors and/or tractor drawn agricultural implements [S. No. 74(iii)/V] for the year April 1963—March 1964.
No. 114-ITC(PN)/63.—Attention of importers Is invited to the provision made in remark (7) against S. No. 74(iii)/V in Section II of the current Red Book, which Lay8 down the basis for granting additional licences for spare parts for agricultural tractors and for tractor drawn agricultural implements during the year April 1963- March 1964.
2. The word "and" appearing between the words "October 1961—March 1962" and "April 1962—March 1963" in lines 7 and 8 of the said remark (7) may be deemed to have been substituted by the word "or".
SUBJECT : —United States AID Programme—Chartering of Ocean Vessels and Embargo on certain vessels for transport of AID financed goods.
No 115-ITC(PN)/63.—Attention of importers is invited to Ministry of Inter- national Trade Public Notices No. 85-ITC(PN)/63 dated 26th July 1963, No. 102-ITC (PN)/63 dated 8th August 1963 and No. 105-ITC(PN)/63 dated 28th August 1963 incorporating the lists showing the names of the vessels which are not eligible to carry AID—financed goods.
2 It has further been decided that the following vessels will not be eligible to carry AID—'financed goods and their names are hereby added to the list attached to Ministry of International Trade Public Notice No. 85-ITC(PN) /63 dated 26th July, 1963.
