No. 4 - VOP ( PN ) / 63 . In further modification of this Ministry Public Notice No 2 - VOP ( PN ) / 63 dated 19th June 1963 , it has been decided , in consultation with the Vanaspati Manufacturers ' Association of India , that Vegetable Oil Product should . wita effect from 21st September 1963 , be sold by manufacturers and their retail dealers in Zone ' B ' ( described below ) at prices not exceeding the limits men- tioned hereunder :-

2. The price limits in respect of Zone C specified in the said Public Notice and in respect of Zones A and D specifiedin Public Notice No. 3 - VOP ( PN ) / 63 dated 22nd August 1963 , remain unchanged.
