IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi the 21st September, 1963 ,
SUBJECT : -Import of Vat Dyes other than Indigo ( S. No. 1 - B / III ) during April 1963-March 1964.
No. 119 - ITC ( PN ) /63.-Attention of the importers is invited to the import policy for 'Vat dyes other than Indigo' falling under S. No. 1 - B / III of the L.1.C. Schedule as given at page 585 against para 2 ( g ) in Appendix 40 of the Red Book for the year April 1963-March 1964. for
2. As a result of representations from the trade, the position has been review- ed and it has been decided that: -
(1) the existing remarks ( i ) and ( ii ) against ' Vat dyes other than Indigo ' in para 2 ( g ) of Appendix 40 may be substituted by the following:-
"Import will be allowed without any face value restrictions . But import of the following Vat dyes will not be permitted : -
