SUBJECT :-Extension of the Export Promotion Scheme for Woollen Textiles and Woollen Goods to goods made of Flax , Hemp , Manila and Sisal .
No. 122 - ITC ( PN ) /63.- Attention is invited to Sl . No. 1 and 2 in Part II to Annexure I of Appendix 23 of the current Import Policy Book about exports of manufactures of hemp , manila and sisal .
2. It is decided to delete these entries from Part II , Annexure I of Appendix 23 of the Import Policy Book . The export of these items is brought under the scope of the Export Promotion Scheme for Woollen Textiles and Woollen Goods excluding carpets , rugs and druggets . The Scheme has also been extended to exports of manufactures of Flax .
3. The above change will be made applicable to the exports of goods made of flax, hemp , manila and sisal effected on or after 1st September , 1963 .
