NOTIFICATION .
New Delhi , the 28th September , 1963.
S.O. 2799.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 3 ) of section 5 of the Tea Districts Emigrant Labour Act , 1932 , ( 22 of 1932 ) , the Central Govern- ment hereby determines thatthat the rate of Emigrant Labour Cess to be levied under the said section in respect of the entry into Assam of each assisted emigrant shall be rupees nine for the year commencing on the 1st October , 1963 , and ending on the 30th September , 1964.
