IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 30th September, 1963
8.O. 2800 / IECA/ 3-4A / 7 / 63 . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Imports & Exports ( Control ) Act, 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Imports ( Control ) Order, 1955 , namely :-
1. Short title . This order may be called the Imports ( Control ) 12 Amendment Order , 1963 .
2. Amendment of Clause 11. In clause 11 of the Imports ( Control ) Order, 1955 ,-
( i) in sub - clauses ( d ) and ( e ) , for the words " except Nepal , Tibet , Bhutan and Portuguese Possessions in India " the words " except Nepal , Tibet and Bhutan" shall be substituted;
(ii ) in sub- clauses ( k ) and ( n ) , the words " except Portuguese possessions in India " shall be omitted .
