New Delhi , the 30th September, 1963
8.O. 2801 / GDDLR /5/ 1/63 .--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sec- tion ( 2 ) of section 5 of the Goa, Daman and Diu ( Laws ) Regulation , 1962 ( 12 of 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that all Orders made by that Gov- ernment under the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act, 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , shall extend to and come into force in Union territoryUnion territory of Goa, Damanman and Diu with effect from the 1st October , 1963 .
