S.O. 2851.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1902 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes 1he following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Min- istry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 36, dated the 1st February, 1963, namely:—
In the Table below the said notification, for the existing entries in columns (1) and (2) against serial number (vii), the entries, "The territory of Goa of the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu", and "Collector of Customs and Central Excise Goa", shall respectively be substituted.
