No. 128 - ITC ( PN ) / 63 .-- Reference is invited to Appendix 29 to the current Red Book relating to import of raw materials for paints [ S. No. 34-37 ( d ) /V ] .
2. On a review of the position , it has been decided that the following amend- ment shall be made in the Appendix 29 of the current Red Book: -
"The existing entry against item No. 13 may be deemed to have been sub- stituted by the following: -

No. 34-37 ( d ) / V for the period April 1963 -March 1964 and suitable endorsement to this effect will be made by the concerned licensing autho- rities at the time of revalidation of the second half of the annual licences .
