New Delhi, the 16th, October 1963
G.S.R. 1674.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 3 of the Rajya Sabha Secretariat (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1957, the Chairman, after consultation with the Ministry of Finance, hereby makes the following further amendments in the First Schedule to those Rules with effect from the 16th October, 1963, namely:—
In the First Schedule to the said Rules—
(a) under the heading "Class II GAZETTED", after the entries relating to item "10. Assistant Private Secretary to the Chairman", the following entries shall be inserted, namely: —

G.S.R. 1675.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of rule 8 of the Rajya Sabha Secretariat (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1937, the Chairman, after consultation with the Ministry of Finance, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to those Rules with effect from the 16th October, 1963, namely: —
In the Second Schedule to the said Rules—
(a) under the heading "Class II GAZETTED" after the entries relating to item "12. Assistant Watch & Ward Officer", the following entries shall be inserted, namely: —

In Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food), Order No. 201 (PB) (3)/63-Py.(n), dated 27th September, 1963, published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II—Section 3(1), dated 27th September, 1963 as G.S.R. 1570, the following corrections are to be made: —
Page 714, Appendix I—
for the existing Items 4 & 6— read "4. Red grains
