New Delhi, the 11th October 1963
No. 6-VOP(PN)/63.—In partial modification of this Ministry Public Notice No. 3-VOP(PN)/63 dated 22nd August 1963, it has been decided, in consultation with the Vanaspati Manufacturers' Association of India that Vegetable Oil Product should, with effect from 18th October 1963, be sold by manufacturers and their retail dealers in Zone 'D" (described below) at prices not exceeding the limits mentioned hereunder:—
