NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 22nd October , 1963
S.O. 1695.-In excrcise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 2 ) of rule 125 of the Detence of India Rules , 1962 , and clause 6 of the Sugar ( Control ) Order , 1963 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agri- culture (Department of Food ) No. G.S.R. 677 , dated the 17th April , 1963 , namely:-
In the said notification-
( 1 ) in Schedule 1 , for the entry " Punjab " and the ex - factory price relating thereto, the following entries and ex - factory prices shall be substituted , namely:--
"Punjab

( a ) Karnal District

(b ) Other Districts
(2) in Schedule III , for the entries under the heading " Punjab " , the following entries shall be substituted , namely:-
