New Delhi , the 25th October 1963
S.O. 3103 - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 22 of the hepresentation of the People Act , 1951 , the Election Commission hereby appoints each of the officers specified in column 2 of the Table below to assist the returning officer for the parliamentary constituencies in the Union Territory of Goa , Daman and Diu specified in the corresponding entry in column 1 of that Table , in the performance of his functions .
