to No. C.6/ 63-Notice is hereby given pursuant Sub-section ( 5 ) of Section 247 of the Indian Companies Act, 1913 , that the name of Oceanic Limited has this day been struck off the Register of Companies and the said company is dissolved.

F. No. 14/34/62-Genl .-Whereas the sizes of Weights of denominations of 20 mg. and below render themselves impracticable to be stamped under the pro- visions of Sections 10 and 11 of the Laccadive , Minicoy and Amindivi Islands Weights and Measures ( Enforce- ment ) Regulation, 1961 ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 12 of the said Regulation, the Administrator , Laccadive , Minicoy and Amindivi Islands hereby exempts such Weights frombeing so stamped .
