ORDER
New Delhi , the 30th October, 1963
8.O. 3107. Whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that the industrial undertaking known as the New Victoria Mills Company Limited , Kanpur has not been working satisfactorily and such unsatisfactory working is likely to have adverse effect on the volume of production of cotton textiles manufactured in the said undertaking and for which , havinghaving regard to the economic conditions prevail- ing, there is no justification;
And whereas the Central Government is further of the opinion that the sald industrial undertaking is being managed in a manner highly detrimental to the scheduled industry or to public interest;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Indus- tries (Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) the Central Government hereby appoints , for the purpose of making a full and complete investigation into the circumstances of the case , a body of persons consisting of: -
1. Shri S. A. Kher- Chairman
2. Shri Chandulal V. Shah-Member
3. Shri P. K. Mallik-Member
4. Shri M. S. Srinivasan - Member - Secretary .
