NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 1st November 1963
G.S.R. 1731. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rules ( 2 ) and ( 3 ) of rule 125 of the Defence of India Rules , 1562 , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Kerosene ( Price Control ) Order , 1963 , namely:-
1. This Order may be called the Kerosene ( Price Control ) Fourth Amendment Order, 1963 .
2. In the Kerosene ( Price Control ) Order, 1963 , in the Schedule-
(1) under the sub - heading " ( a ) Superior " , in the second column , against item ( ii ) , for the word " cighty - cight " the word " ninety - three " shall be substituted ;
(2) under the sub - heading " ( b ) Inferior " , in the second column , against item ( ii ) , for the word " Seventy - six " the word "Eighty - one " shall be substituted .
