S.O. 3110. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) of section 17 of the Forward Contacts ( Regulation ) Act, 1952 ( 74 of 1952 ) , the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce & Industry No. S.O. 3557 , dated the 26th November , 1962 .
