NOTIFIED ORDER
New Delhi , the 4th November 1963
S.O. 3116.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation ) Act, 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) and in partial modification of the Notified Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce and Industry No. S.O. 1240 published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( ii ) dated the 16th May , 1960 , the Central Government hereby authorises Shri N. D. Mehta , (hereinafter referred to as the Authorised Controller) to take over the management of the whole of the industrial undertaking, namely , the Mewar Textile Mills Limited , Bhilwara vice Shri Gulzarilal Mathur, deceased .
2. This Order shall take effect from the 21st October , 1963 .
