ORDER
New Delhi , the 13th November 1963
G.S.R. 1777.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Rice ( Uttar Pradesh ) Price Control Order , 1963 , namely: -
1. This Order may be called the Rice ( Uttar Pradesh ) Price Control ( Amend- ment ) Order , 1963 .
2. In the Rice ( Uttar Pradesh ) Price Control Order , 1963 ,-
(1) in sub -clause ( 2 ) ( c ) of clause 2 , for the word " districts " the words " dis-
ii ) for Schedule I, the following Schedule shall be substituted , namely :-

( iii) In Schedule III , for the heading in column ( 1 ) and the entries there- under the following heading and entries shall be substituted , namely: --
