NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi , the 13th November 1963
S.O. 3203. Whereas a vacancy has occurred in the House of the People conse- quent on the election of Shri Satya Prakash , a member elected to that House from the Bilaspur constituency in the State of Madhya Pradesh , having been declared void by the Election Tribunal , Rajnandgaon;
Now, therefore , in pursuance of the provisions of section 149 of the Repre- sentation of the People Act , 1951 , the Election Commission hereby calis upon the said constituency to elect , before the 21st December , 1963 , in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the Rules and Orders made thereunder , a person to fill the vacancy so caused .

S.O. 3204.- In pursuance of the provisions of section 30 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 , the Election Commission hereby appoints , with respect to the bye - election to be held in the Bilaspur Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Madhya Pradesh in pursuance of its notification No. 100 / MP - HP / 13 / 03 ( 1 ) , dated the 13th November , 1963-
( a) the 20th November , 1963 , as the last date for making nominations ;
( b) the 22nd November , 1963 , as the date for the scrutiny of nominations ;
( c ) the 25th November , 1963 , as the last date for the withdrawal of candi- datures;
sary , be taken ; and ( d) the 16th December , 1963 , as the date on which a poll shall , if neces-
( e) the 21st December , 1963 , as the date before which the election shall be completed.

S.O. 3205. In pursuance of section 56 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , the Election Commission hereby fixes the hours from 8-00 A.M. to 4-00 P.M. as the hours during which a poll shall , if necessary , be taken for the election to the House of the People from the Bilaspur Constituency 10 be held in pursuance of its notification No. 100/ MIP - HP / 13 / 63 ( 1 ) , dated the 13th Novem- ber, 1963 .
