New Delhi , the 16th November 1963
No. 6 - VOP ( PN ) / 63 . In supersession of this Ministry Public Notices No. 4- VOP(PN) /63 , dated 20th September , 1963 and No. 5 -VOP ( PN ) / 63 ,5 - VC dated 17th October , 1963 it has been decided , in consultation with the Vanaspati Manufac- turers' Association of India , that Vegetable Oil Product should , with effect from 17th November , 1963 be sold by manufacturers and their retail dealers in Zones 'B' and ' D' ( described below ) at prices not exceeding the limits mentioned here- under: -

NOTE . The price limits specified above are inclusive of freight , but exclusive of octroi , terminal tax and similar other local taxes and also sales 1 tax.
2. The price limits in respect of Zones 'A' and 'C' specified in Public Notices No. 3 - VOP ( PN ) / 63 , dated 22nd August , 1963 and No. 2 - VOP ( PN ) / 63 , dated 19th June , 1963 respectively shall remain unchanged.
