NOTIFICATION
CUSTOMS
New Delhi , the 18th November 1963
G.S.R. 1779.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 read with sub - section ( 3 ) of section 160 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government being satisfled that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further emendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No 82 Customs , dated the 6th August , 1960 , namely : -
In the said notification in condition ( 1 ) .-
(1) in each of the clauses ( d) and ( h ) , the word " and" occurring at the end shall be omitted;
(11) after clause ( 1 ) , the following clauses shall be inserted namely- "(3) The Development Adviser ( Ports ) , Ministry of Transport in the case of ports ; and
(
k) ( 1 ) The Chairman , Heavy Electricals ( India) Ltd .;
(11 ) The General Manager , Heavy Electricals Factory , Bhopal ;
( iii ) The Project Administrator , Heavy Electrical Equipment Factory , Ranipur;
( iv) The Project Administrator , Heavy Electrical Equipment Project , Hyderabad;
( ) The Project Administrator , High Pressure Boiler Plant , Tiruchira- palli;
in the case of Heavy Electricals ( India) Ltd. "
