NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 13th November , 1963
G.S.R. 1781.-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( d ) of rule 8 of the Rajya Sabha Secretariat ( Recruitment and Conditions of Service ) Rules , 1957 , the Chairman , after consultation with the Ministry of Finance , hereby makes the following amendmentsin the Fourth Schedule to the said Rules , namely : -
In the Fourth Schedule to the said Rules-
(a) before the existing entry "Pension " the following entry shall be inserted, namely:-
"Leave ....... The All India Services ( Leave) Rules , 1955 ; provided that the Chairman may , in his discretion , relax the limit of 180 days upto which earned leave may be accumulated under sub -rule ( 2 ) of rule 10 of the said Rules in any case where he considers that such relaxa- tion is necessary ." ;
(b) Paragraph ( 1 ) of the Note shall be deleted ,
