NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 22nd November 1963
S.O. 3260. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a ) of sub- rule ( 1A ) and sub - rule ( 3 ) of rule 126E read with rule 126X of the Defence of India Rules , 1962, the Central Government hereby prescribes twenty - five rupees as the fee for an application for renewal of a licence issued under sub - ruse ( 1A) or sub- rule ( 1 ) of that rule , as the case may be .
