CUSTOMS
New Delhi , the 27th November 1963
G.S.R. 1844.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of sec- tion 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. 37 - Customs , dated the 1st February , 1963 , namely :-
In the said notification for the entry " 1. Director , Directorate of Revenue Intelligence. " , the entry and the Note " 1. The Director of Revenue Intelligence, 'NewNew Delhi ,Delhi , and the Director of Inspection , Customs and Central Excise , New Delhi .
NOTE . The jurisdiction of these officers shall extend to the whole of India ." shall be substituted.
