NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi , the 29th November 1963
S.O. 3325.- In pursuance of sub - rule ( 4 ) of rule 126J , of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , I , B. D. Pande , the Administrator , hereby authorise the officers specifi- ed in column ( 2 ) of the Table below to exercise the powers of the Administrator to grant or reject applications for certificates recognising dealers as goldsmiths under sub - rule ( 3 ) of rule 126HH , of the said Defence of India Rules , 1962 , in their respective territorial jurisdiction in the States and Union territories specified in the corresponding entries in column ( 3 ) of the said Table .

S.O. 3326. In pursuance of sub - rule ( 2 ) of rule 126HH , read with rule 126X, of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Minis- try of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. S.O. 2797 , dated the 27th September , 1963 , namely : -
In the said notification , in the "Application for Certificate as Goldsmith " , after the words "Signature and Designation of Village Munsif or other authorised Officer" , the following Note shall be inserted at the end , namely: -
"NOTE . For the purposes of this Application , ' authorised officers ' in relation to the States and Union territories specified in column 2 of the Table below shall be the officers specifled in the corresponding entry in column 3 , thereof.
