In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule the Conduct of Elections Rules , 1961 , the Election Commission hereby specifles ale ( 1) of rule 5 of the following symbols that may be chosen by candidates at elections to the parliamentary constituency or an assembly constituency in the State of Nagaland.-
( i) Cock .
( ii ) Elephant.
( iii ) Hornbill .
( iv) Mithun .
(v) Mug.
( vi ) Tiger .
