S.O. 3401-In exercise of the powers conferred byconferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 5 of the Iron Ore Mines Labour Welfare Cess Act , 1961 (58 of 1961 ) , read with rule 31 of the Iron Ore Mines Labour Welfare Cess Rules , 1963 , the Central Govern- ment hereby specifics the Labour Commissioner , Orissa , to be the Iron Ore Mines Cess Commissioner who shall be responsible for the assessment and collection of the cess levied under the said Act in the State of Orissa
