ORDER
New Delhi , the 11th December 1963
G.S.R. 1917. In pursuance of the provisions of sub - clause ( 4 ) of clause 3 of the Madhya Pradesh Rice Procurement ( Levy ) Order , 1960 , the Central Govern- ment hereby increases , with immediate effect, the percentage of rice specified in paragraph ( b ) of sub - clauses ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) of clause 3 of the said Order , required to be sold to the Purchase Officer by the licensed miller or the licensed dealer, from 25 % to 30 % .
