NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 12th December , 1963
G.S.R. 1918. In excrcise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 2 ) of rule 125 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , and clause 6 of the Sugar ( Control ) Order , 1963 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food ) No. G.S.R. 1782 , dated the 18th November , 1963 , namely : - In the said Notification-
(1) In Schedule I, for the entries " East Uttar Pradesh " and " North Bihar " and the ex - factory prices relating thereto , the following entries and ex - factory prices shall be substituted , namely : -
"East Uttar Pradesh
116-00 North Bihar
118 00" ;
(2) In Schedule III-
( i ) under the heading " East Uttar Pradesh" the word and letter "Part A" and the word and letter "Part B " shall be omitted and items 1 and 2 under Part B shall be renumbered as items 31 and 32 respectively ;
( ii ) under the heading " North Bihar" the word and letter " Part A " and the word and letter "Part B " shall be omitted and items 1 to 15 under Part B shall be renumbered as items 10 to 24 respectively .
