IMPORT TRADE CONTROL

SUBJECT :-Imports Import of weighing balances and carat weight sets under Export Promotion Scheme for export of Pearls , Precious Stones and Diamonds .
No. 151 - ITC ( PN ) / 63 .--Attention of the Trade is invited to the Public Notice No. 107 - ITC ( PN ) / 63 , dated the 28th August , 1963 regarding the import of machinery , equipment, testing apapparatus , tools and implements required for the Industry under the Export Promotion Scheme . On further consideration it has now been decided to permit the import of weighing balances and carat weight sets within the import entitlement referred to therein,
2. The above Items may be included at Sl . No. 10 under the head "A- Labora- tory Equipment " as notifled in the said Public Notice .
3. The above amendment will be effective from the date of this Public Notice .
