ORDER
New Delhi , the 13th December 1963
S.O. 3481.- Whereas the Central Government by its Order S.O. No. 2654 , dated the 12th September , 1963 , issued under Section 18A , of the Industries ( Develop- ment and Regulation ) Act 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , authorised Shri Bhogilal Narottam- das Shah, to take over the management of the whole of the industrial undertak- ing known as the Bharatkhand Textile Manufacturing Company Limited , Ahmeda- bad ( Gujarat ) ;
And whereas it appears to the Central Government that it is not necessary that the aforesaid Order should remain in force;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 18F of the said Act, the Central Government hereby cancels with immediate effect the Order aforesaid.
