New Delhi , the 16th December 1963
No. 2 ( 2 ) -TEX ( D ) 63. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18 - G , of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act, 1951 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the Staple Fibre ( Control ) Order 1958 , namely :
1. This Order may be called the Staple Fibre Control ( Second Amendment ) Order , 1963 .
2. In the Staple Fibre Control Order 1958 , clause 7 and the Schedule should be omitted .
No. 2 ( 3 ) TEX ( D ) / 63 . The following Resolution of the Government of India relating to the prices of the commodity mentioned below is hereby cancelled .
"Late Ministry of Commerce and Industry Resolution No. 26 ( 105 ) Tex ( D ) / 57, dated the 18th May , 1960 , regarding acetate rayon yarn ." ,
