RUBBER CONTROL
New Delhi , the 16th December 1963
8.O. 3484. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 13 of the Rubber Act , 1947 ( 24 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby cancels the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce and Industry No. S.O. 1274 , dated the 28th April , 1962 , fixing the maximum and mini- mum prices for the various grades and qualities of rubber and latex of different concentrations .
