S.O. 3485. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act , 1897 ( 10 of 1897 ) , the Central Government hereby rescinds the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of International Trade No. SO. 3107 , dated the 30th October , 1963 .
