ORDERS
New Delhi , the 19th December 1963
G.S.R. 1952. In exercise of the powers confened by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Rice ( Uttar Pradesh ) Price Control Order, 1963 , namely: -
1. This Order may be called the Rice ( Uttar Pradesh ) Price Control Second Amendment Order , 1963 .
2. In the Rice ( Uttar Pradesh ) Price Control Order , 1963, -
(1) In Schedule I ,
( i) under the sub -heading ( a ) , after item " 34. Gorakhpur " , the item "36 . Garhwal " shall be inserted;
( ii) for the sub-heading ( b ) and entries relating thereto ,relating thereto, the following sub -heading and entries shall be substituted , namely: -
" (b ) The areas comprising the specified parts of the districts men- tioned below: -
( i ) Khurja Tehsil of Bulandshahr district .
(ii ) Jalaun Tehsil of Jalaun district .
( iii) Zamania Tehsil of Ghazipur district." ;
( 2) In Schedule III , in column ( 1 ) ,
( i) for the entry "Madhogarh area of Jalaun district " against item 2 , the entry "Jalaun Tehsil of Jalaun district " shall be substituted;
( 11) for the entry "Tarai Bhabar area of Garhwal district " against item 5, the entry "Garhwal" shall be substituted,

1. This Order may be called the Uttar Pradesh Paddy and Rice ( Restriction on Movement ) Third Amendment Order, 1963 .
