S.O. 3594. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of section 1 of the Industrial Employment ( Standing Orders) Amendment Act , 1963 ( 39 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 23rd day of December , 1963 as the date on which the sald Act shall come into force .
