In pursuance of section 66 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 I declare that Shri Alvarea Peter Augustus of Moonlight, Worli Naka, Bombay-18 has been duly elected by the Panjim Parliamentary Constituency to fill the vacancy existing in the seat allotted to that constituency by section 3(1) of the Goa, Daman and Diu (Administration) Act, 1962.
