New Delhi , the 24th December 1963
8.0. 3598.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Preventive Detention Act , 1950 (4 of 1950 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. S.O. 259 dated the 25th January , 1960 , namely :-
In the said notification , in the entry against serial number ( 3 ) , for the words "District and Sessions Judge , Delhi " , the words " an Additional Judge of the Punjab High Court" shall be substituted .
