G.S.R. 1984.---In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( 3 ) of article 98 of the Constitution of India , the President , after consultation with the Chairman of Rajya Sabha, hereby makes the following amendment in the Rajya Sabha Secretariat ( Recruitment and Conditions of Service ) Rules , 1957 , with effect from the 25th December, 1963 , namely:-
In the Second Schedule to the said Rules , under the heading " Class III " , after the entries relating to item " 34. Gestetner Operator" , the following entries shall be inserted , namely:-

Pay or scale of pay admissible to pre - 1931 entrants
