New Delhi , the 28th December 1963
G.S.R. 1985. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. G.S.R. 1118 , dated the 1st July, 1963 , namely: ---
In the said notification , for the figures , letters and words 31st December , 1963 " , the figures , letters and words " 31st December , 1964 " shall be substituted.

G.S.R. 1986.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. 168 -Customs , dated the 22nd June , 1963 , namely: -
In the said notification , for the figures , letters and words " 1st day of January , 1964 " , the figures , letters and words " 1st day of July , 1964 " shall be substituted .
