New Delhi , the 30th December 1963
G.S.R. 1987 Sugar - Export . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1) of section 4 of thethe Sugar ExportExport PromotionPro Jon Act,Act, 1958 ( 30 of 1958 ) , the Central Government hereby fixes , in addition to the quantity already fixed for export , 65 (sixtyfive ) thousand metric tons of sugar as the quantity which may be exported during the period commencing on the date of publication of this Notification and ending with the 30th day of April , 1964 .
