S.O. 3606 .-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 2 ) of section 1 of the Central Boards of Revenue Act, 1963 ( 54 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the First day of January, 1964, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force .
