NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 31st December 1963
G.S.R. 1989. In pursuance of clause 3 of the Fertiliser ( Control ) Order , 1957, and in supersession of all previous notifications on the subject , the Central Govern- ment hereby directs that , with effect from the 1st January , 1904 the maximum price per metric tonne of any fertiliser specified in column 1 of the Schedule below shall : -
( a) when sold for the use of tea , coffee or rubber plantations , be the price specified in the corresponding entry in column 2 of the said Schedule;
(b ) when sold for the use of a cultivator , be the price specified in the corresponding entry in the appropriate column ( that is to say column 3 , column 4 , column 5 or column 6 , as the case may be ) of the said Schedule .

Explanation . The maximum prices specified above shall be exclusive of sales tax and other local taxes wherever levied except in the case of Madras where the prices are inclusive of sales - tax .
