New Delhi , the 31st December , 1963
G.S.R. 1990.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 , read with sub - section ( 3 ) of section 160 , of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makeses the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Departinent of Revenue ) No. 173 - Customs dated the 24th November , 1962 , namely : -
In the said notification , for the figures , letters and word " 31st December , 1963 " , the figures , letters and word " 31st December , 1964 " shall be substituted .

G.S.R. 1991 .-- In cxercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) of ction 25 , read with sub - section ( 3 ) of section 160. of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of '2) , the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public erest so to do , hereby make Jovernment of India in the endment in the notification of the (Department of Revenue ) No.86 Customs dated the 7th July , 1962 namely : -
In the said notification , for the figures , letters and word " 31st December , 1963 " , the figures , letters and word " 31st December , 1964 " shall be substituted .
