NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 31st December 1963
S.O. 3608. Whereas the Central Government are of opinion that the continued existence of the Commission of Inquiry appointed by notification No. S.O. 3403 dated 9th December , 1963 to inquire into the incidents which occurred in the Tibbia College and in front of the Original Road Police Station on December 6 , 1963 , is unnecessary ;
Now, therefore , the Central Government in exercise of its powers under section 7 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act , 1952 , hereby declare that the aforesaid Commission shall cease to exist from 1st January , 1964 .
