NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 1st January 1964
G.S.R. 39 .--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 11 of the Salaries and Allowances of Ministers Act , 1952 ( 58 of 1952 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Ministers ' (Allowances , Medical Treatment and other Privileges ) Rules , 1957 , namely : --
1. These rules may be called the Ministers ' ( Allowances , Medical Treatment and other Privileges ) Amendment Rules , 1964 .
2. In the Ministers ' ( Allowances , Medical Treatment and other Privileges) Rules , 1957 , in sub - rule ( 2 ) of rule 3 , for the words and figures " and to the Minister of Works , Housing and Rehabilitation with effect from the afternoon of the 15th November , 1962 , " , the words and figures " to the Minister of Works , Housing and Rehabilitation with effect from the afternoon of the 15th November, 1962 , and to the Minister of Irrigation and Power with effect from the 1st January , 1964, " shall be substituted .
