S.O. 109.- In pursuance of clause ( a ) of section 2 of the Diplomatic and Con- sular Officers ( Oaths and Fees ) Act , 1948 ( 41 of 1948 ) , the Central Governmert hereby authorises each of the diplomatic and consular officers of the Government of Mexico , stationed in Portugal and its overseas territories , to perform the duties of a Consul -General with immediate effect .
