ORDER
New Delhi , the 3rd January 1964
G.S.R. 41. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commoditses Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Wheat Roller Flour Mills ( Licensing and Control) Order , 1957 , namely : -
1. This Order may be called the Wheat Roller Flour Mills ( Licensing and Con- trol ) Amendment Order , 1964 .
2. In the Wheat Roller Flour Mills ( Licensing and Control )Control ) OrdOrder , 1957, in clause 10 , for item ( b) of sub - clause ( 1 ) , the following item shall be substituted, namely:--
" (b) the production or manufacture of different kinds of wheat products; and
