NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 3rd January 1964
S.O. 111.- AP / 84 / .N / ESS.COMM / Iron & Steel / 15 ( 1 ) . The following Notifica- tion issued by the 1on and Steel Controller under Sub - clause ( 1 ) of Clause 15 of the Iron & Steel ( Control ) Order , 1956 is published for general information:
"NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - clause ( 1 ) of Clause 15 of the Iron & Steel ( Control ) Order , 1956 and with the approval of the Central Government , the Iron and Steel Controller notifies that the maximum norma ' selling prices ( Col. I & II ) of Pig Iron as published under Ministry of Steel , Mines & Fuel , Iron and Steel Control , Calcutta'sca's Notification published in Part II Section 3 ( ii )3 ( ii ) of the Gazette of India dated the 28th July , 1961 are hereby increased uniformly for all items by Rs 30 / - ( Rupees thirty ) per M / Tonne .
The General and Special conditions of sale remain the same as before .
These revised prices will take effect from the date of its publication in the Gazette of India and notwithstanding the rates at which the materials have been booked or paid for shall apply to all deliveries effected on or after that date .
